\nWelcome to XXIII ISSSMC!<\/span><\/p>\n

We are pleased to invite you to attend XXIII Galyna Puchkovska International School-Seminar \u201cSpectroscopy of Molecules and Crystals\u201d (XXIII ISSSMC). It will be held on September 20 – 25, 2017, in the city of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.<\/span>
\nISSSMC is a well-recognized international meeting of spectroscopists, which is held biennially in different cities of Ukraine. The meeting is devoted to different branches of molecular spectroscopy and their applications in chemistry, physics, biology, medicine, material science and engineering.<\/span><\/p>\n

Traditionally, the School-Seminar is organized by Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Topics of the School-Seminar cover recent advances in theoretical and experimental spectroscopy of crystalline solids, nanosystems, liquid crystals and amorphous materials, liquids, gases, polymers and biological systems, surfaces and thin films, intermolecular interactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

We believe that the School-Seminar will bring together leading scientists and young researchers, will provide a platform to exchange the experience, to present their latest advances, and to establish international research collaborations between scientists working in the different fields of molecular spectroscopy and its applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Scientific program of the School-Seminar will consist of invited lectures, oral contributions and poster presentations.<\/span>
\nThe official language of the School-Seminar is English.<\/span><\/p>\n

THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION IS May, 20, 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n
